A toner for Oily/Combination skin. Equalizing Herbal Freshener is a water based formula of infused herbal extracts that are oil inhibiting and refreshing to the skin. Anti bacterial agents clean and gently exfoliate the skin while the extracts balance the oil water content.

Use:

After cleansing, apply toner to a cotton pad, smooth over face and neck. Use every morning and night.

Rosewater, Chamomile, Fennel, Aloe Vera Gel, Hops, Yarrow, Allantoin
